When I joined here on the 6th of January 09 I weighed: 60kg (that's 132 lbs for you non-Aussies )

On the 13th of July 09(no I can't remember past weigh ins) I weighed: 56kg (123.2 lbs )



I'm going to be more consistent with exercising though as I have gotten a bit slack with things.

Im used to getting up not eating generally having dinner and eating lots of food late at night maybe excersising then sleeping. If that is i felt like eating that day at all. You get to a point were you no longer feel the need to eat and as your stomach shrinks even the smallest of meals will fill you up.
